About this Event:
FountainHead RI will host it’s second and final panel event of 2020 on Monday, September 21, 2020 with topic of discussion being: “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).”
This event will be held 100% online.
This incredible panel event will feature experts in the DEI space from both right here in Rhode Island as well as the Washington D.C area. Business professionals and community leaders are highly encouraged to attend this virtual event.
The panel will examine various topics such as: why DEI is relevant in the business world (regardless of industry), impact of Millennial and Gen Z generations, the business economics of not having a diverse and inclusive culture (impact on bottom-line, creative thinking and innovation, staff and client retention, brand impact, competitive awareness, etc.), how to talk about DEI topics with an audience that may be unfamiliar with such topics and importance (including dealing with unconscious biases), building a pipeline of involvement with community and business leaders, how to design and promote an inclusive culture at work, among others.

Panel event to begin promptly at 6 pm and run for one full hour, including time for Q&A at the end (digital viewers are encouraged to submit questions during the panel via the chat box which will be available throughout the event).
